Our Hendon salon holds well over a thousand human hair and synthetic wigs in stock — not a catalogue to order from, but real stock on real shelves that you can put on your head, walk to the window with, and see in daylight before you decide anything. What Actually Happens When You Visit
A consultation with us runs 45 minutes and costs nothing. There is no obligation to buy at the end of it, and no one will push you.
You will sit down with a stylist and talk first — what you want the wig for, how much hair you have now, whether this is about medical hair loss, thinning, religious observance, or simply wanting a different look. That conversation shapes everything that follows, because the right cap construction for someone with full hair underneath is not the right cap for someone with none.
Then you try things on. Usually more than you expect. Lace front, skin top, monofilament, bandfall, topper — the terminology stops being abstract the moment you have three of them side by side on a table. We will bring out styles you did not ask for, because the wig people leave with is very often not the one they walked in imagining.
If you find one you love and it fits, it goes home with you the same day. If it needs a trim or a restyle to sit right, we do that in-house. If you need to think about it, you go home and think about it.
We work in a private consultation area. Nobody browsing the shop can see you.
The Range at Our London Wig Shop
Human hair wigs — 100% real hair, sourced from European, Brazilian and global suppliers we have used for years. Lace front, silk top and skin top constructions. These can be cut, coloured, heat-styled and washed like your own hair, and with proper care they last one to three years.
Synthetic wigs — pre-styled, hold their shape through weather and washing, and cost a fraction of human hair. For a first wig, for a second wig to rotate, or for anyone who does not want the maintenance, these are frequently the sensible choice rather than the compromise choice.
Hair toppers and bandfalls — partial-coverage pieces for thinning on the crown or parting, blended with your own hair. Fitting these properly is a skill; a topper matched by eye online almost never sits right.
Clip-in and halo extensions — Russian and European remy hair, for length or density.
Men's wigs and hair systems — fitted at the salon on dedicated Tuesday and Thursday appointments.

What a Wig Costs in London
We would rather tell you this before you visit than after.
Human hair wigs in London generally run from around £600 to over £3,000. The spread comes down to three things: hair length, hair origin, and cap construction. A shorter Brazilian hair wig on a standard cap sits at the bottom of that range. A long European hair wig on a hand-tied silk top sits at the top, because it takes far longer to make and the hair itself is scarcer.
Synthetic wigs start considerably lower.
There is no pressure to spend at the top of your range. If a £700 wig is right for you, we will tell you that rather than steer you to a £2,000 one.

By tube: Hendon Central on the Northern line, about a five-minute walk. By car: we are close to the junction of the A41 and the North Circular. Street parking is available on and around Parson Street — it is genuinely easier than most London wig shops, which is worth something if you are coming from further out. By bus: the 143, 326 and 183 all stop nearby.

Booking ahead is strongly advised. Walk-ins are welcome but we cannot guarantee a stylist will be free, and a rushed twenty minutes is worse than no appointment at all.
