Simmys Wigs London Terms and Conditions for synthetic and human hair wigs

1. Introduction

Welcome to Simmys Wigs (the "Website"), owned and operated by Simmy's Wigs Ltd (UK Company number 15324237) ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website, including any purchases you make through the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

2. Products and Services

We offer a variety of wigs and related products for sale through the Website. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product that may be purchased.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer in our sole discretion. If we accept your offer, we will send you an order confirmation email. Payment for your order is due at the time you place your order. We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Apple Pay, Google play.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We will ship your order to the shipping address you provide during checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method you choose and the destination of your order. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Shipping to the UK is included in the price of our products. Shipping outside the UK will be a separate fee added to your order at checkout. We are not responsible for any custom tax if any payable within the customer's jurisdiction.

5. Returns and Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

For hygiene reasons, all in store and online wig sales are final — we are unable to offer refunds.

For online orders If your wig arrives in the wrong size or colour, please contact us within 24 hours with the label still attached. We'll either order the correct wig for you, arrange for alterations or issue a credit, in-store or online, towards another Simmys wig.

A signature is required on delivery.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and send them to us straight away so we can raise a claim with the courier.

Order before 1pm for free next-day delivery. Friday cut-off is 12pm.

Every wig purchased (online only) at simmyswigs.com includes a complimentary trim and style at our salon.

Custom Wig Orders are final and we do not accept returns and cannot process refunds.

If there's anything you're unhappy with, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we'll do our very best to assist you.

6. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Simmy's Wigs Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use the Website or its content for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
