• Flexible measuring tape (cloth or plastic)

Steps

1. Ear to Ear (Over Top)

   • Place the measuring tape at the top of one ear.

   • Bring the tape over the crown of your head to the top of the other ear.

   • Record the measurement - This will be your diameter which is 2 x the radius.
