Dark Brown Highlights 14" Fringe Mesh Closure Wig | Human Hair | 6p– SL
6P — Dark Brown with Copper & Blonde Highlights, 14"
The one you'll actually wear every day.
Not every wig needs to be a £1,500 lace piece. 6P is built for the opposite brief: something light, comfortable, hard-wearing and genuinely easy to live with — the wig you reach for on a Tuesday morning without thinking about it.
The colour
A brown base carrying both copper and blonde highlights, which is what gives it life. Copper brings warmth through the mid-lengths; blonde lifts the pieces around the face. Two tones rather than one is the difference between hair that looks dimensional and hair that looks painted.
Layered around the face rather than cut to a blunt edge, so it frames and softens rather than sitting flat against the cheeks. At 14 inches it falls around shoulder length — long enough to style, short enough that it never needs managing.
What a mesh closure is, and why it's the right choice here
Worth understanding properly, because it's the main thing that separates this from our lace pieces.
A mesh closure is a fine, breathable net top rather than a delicate lace one. Three things follow from that:
It's tougher. Lace is fragile — it tears, and lace fronts need careful handling and eventually replacing. Mesh doesn't. This is a cap that survives daily wear, being pulled on and off, being packed in a bag.
It's cooler. The open mesh structure breathes far better than a closed cap, which matters if you wear a wig all day, in summer, or through treatment when scalp comfort is the priority.
It's lighter. Combined with medium density, this piece sits noticeably lighter on the head than a full lace wig.
The honest trade-off: a mesh closure parting doesn't achieve the invisible scalp illusion that a bleached-knot lace front does. If you need an undetectable hairline for close-up wear, our lace pieces are the right choice. If you want comfort, durability and value for daily wear, this is better — and it's the reason 6P costs £560 rather than £1,300.
How it fits
Elastic Velcro straps at the back, adjustable to your head size. Velcro gives you a wider adjustment range than fixed elastic, so it accommodates a changing head size — useful during hair loss, regrowth, or if you wear it over varying amounts of your own hair.
No glue, no tape, no adhesive residue. On and off in seconds.
Who this suits
A first wig, if you're new to wearing one and don't want to spend £1,500 finding out what you like. A second wig, to rotate alongside a premium piece so neither wears out. Or a practical everyday option if you're wearing a wig through alopecia or chemotherapy and want something comfortable, breathable and forgiving.
